[Gllug] mencoder and windows media / winamp

Am not familiar with mencoder, but how about encoding as divx? Full support
under both windows and Linux (with appropriate codecs), excellent quality
and low filesize if you need it....
Something like http://avifile.sourceforge.net/ should do the job.
