[Gllug] Fetchmail from ISP

I'm using the same ISP as Wendy, and collecting mail for multiple user 
names and domains. The mail arrives with a header line like:

X-Originally-To: bernard at shrdlu.com

Wendy ought to be able to use that for mail filtering.
