[Gllug] Laptops?

After leaving the power supply for my old laptop on a train, I'm now
looking to buy a new one ... (Time to upgrade anyway ...)

I went to dnuk.com but was somewhat surprised to see that I had to pay
the MS tax on their laptops. I was honestly hoping to get one with
Debian pre-installed, or at least with no OS so I could put Debian on
there.

Also their laptops weigh in at over 3 kg, which sounds a bit hefty to
me.

Suggestions where to get a laptop without paying the tax?
