Just about every company that does ADSL kit offers an ADSL modem router
with an integrated 4 port switch. If 4 ports would be sufficient this
could be all you need and should cost you less than £100.00

I bought a Mentor single port ADSL modem router just before Christmas
(Christmas eve) from RL Supplies in Watford. The 4 port version from them
is about £78.

DABS do a similar device as do Ebuyer.

The key is to ensure that the router has an integrated ADSL modem.
