[Gllug] Experience with Asterisk and/or SER?

Asterisk being an open source PBX thingy, SER being... something related -
I'm not sure myself :-)

A friend of mine, who works for a big telecoms company, is looking for
someone(s) with experience of these things to have a chat with him about
them, with the possibility of some contract work with them following...
They're currently thinking about the project - which I think is more of the
prototype level at this point - and would like some input from someone with
experience...

I don't have much more info I can give out at this point... if you're
