It seems oddly specific in places - 6.e it states that the indication 
around the hyperlink is non-rectangular.  It also goes on about a 
graphical interface, both of these would rule out Lynx as prior art I think?

And in the 'Description' section further down there is some rather 
horrible HTML v2 code, with interesting description where they go on 
about tags delimiting content despite the fact that the tags in their 
code doesn't, but then goes on to talk about finding links in image maps 
again (as opposed to text links).

Strange that they've excluded rectangles though - because surely then 
all the other browsers could just draw rectangles when tabbing and avoid 
patent prosecution?
