I already teach some of it - I am an intructor at Red Hat (although clearly 
not a typing instructor). The courses involved are all very practical and 
quite a lot of fun actually.
Yes I will definitely take it when it is finalised.

All of our courses are modular - spilt into specific skill areas and topics 
with a practical element for each.
In honesty (and this is a personal opinion, not any official RH statement) I 
believe that one of the difficulties with trying to have a modular exam would 
be answering the question: 'what does RHCA mean that you can do?'
The RHCE and RHCT definitions are very clear. RHCA really needs to stick to 
the same principle. Allowing it to fragment into many specialisms would 
create far too many complications and a great deal of uncertainty.
