[Gllug] Tools to design a web site

I use Quanta+ (http://quanta.sourceforge.net) which is comparable to, 
for example, HTML-Kit for Windows.  Not WYSIWYG editing, but hey it's a 
damned fine enhanced text editor with good preview options.
