I would suggest that where you have gone wrong is in switching to O2. I  
have never heard any good news about them but plenty of first, second  
and third hand bloody awful news.

My brother, for example, is still trying te get money back from when O2  
charged him for 3 services at once on the same number.

Plus - they're BT. Surely that should be enough.
