I must say that also out of 8 years working in IT I have only had that
one incident where I had to deal with someone who was out of control
(that is not counting psycho bosses who think that they are some major
deity, at least going by the size of their ego it seemed that way), 
but at the same time I have never done helldesk work fulltime (and I 
won't for good reason....) but I have had my fair share of people who
need that bit extra help who can drive you a bit nuts but I don't mind
those kind of calls as the people calling are usually v.curteous and 
polite and appreciate the help.
