Hi Diana

I will give you a link and you will download and see if it install it directly.
The package is for Fedora / Red Hat Linux
but it just might work for Suse saving a lot of trouble.

I think in Suse you can click the Link and answer "Yes" to Open with Yast.
then type admin password.

Other ways of installing MS Core Fonts globally are anything but simple.

That I don't.
What is mail-merge again is that when you send to loads of recipients?

I usually have a different approach adding emails to a domain recipient list

say

recipients at henrygilbert.com

Rich's suggestion seems more the proper correct thing.
I am not very good with Office software - I must learn soon!
