Why is it a problem if their business plan does not include selling
static IP addresses to residential customers?  Take your business
elsewhere.  It;s not like it is such a monopoly (anymore).

What *is* a problem is that I've seen a number of customers of their
10Mb service drop back to the 2Mb one because it actually works
faster.
