Yes. UKFSN has a reseller agreement with Entanet - we resell their ADSL 
and dialup services in exchange for a modest commission payment on each 
connection. Enta handle the billing and technical support for the 
connection with some additional support provided by UKFSN.

Enta are a fairly big company so they can afford things like 24/7 support 
teams which a small ISP like UKFSN simply cannot afford.

UKFSN also provides web and email services with all accounts. Details are 
on the website.
