I had an R40 at Digex.  I was happy with it.  I understand the T
series are rather better, so I guess a T30 or T40 if I could stretch
to it would be excellent.

One think that I do fancy is a better screen resolution that 1024x768.
 Has anyone used the  SXGA+ 14 inch thinkpads?  Are these noticably
better in terms of real estate?
