I'm guessing that they're sending from their office via their broadband
ISP ?

Use a server in a datacentre to deliver the email directly and not use an
ISP relay.

Depending on the content and how they're generated, possibly use a
bulkmailer such as Constant Contact or Campaign Monitor.
