No.  Never, ever respond in any way to any spam message - it merely
confirms that your mail account is live and being read and thus gives
more reason for you to get more spam.

If you have control of your mail server, consider installing
SpamAssassin and setting your MTA to bounce anything scoring more than,
say, 20.  This greatly reduces the amount you even have to consider.
Accept anything scoring less than 20, but put anything scoring more than
5 into a separate folder, flagged as being "Iffy.  Then use Mozilla
Thunderbird or something with similar capabilities to provide a final
filter.  In the end you'll have very little if any getting through to
your inbox.

Unfortunately there are some very dishonest people in this world.
Anyone unscrupulous enough to be sending you spam in the first place
just isn't going to think about responding correctly to an "Unsubscribe"
message.
