You got there already for the good stuff - very pricey. I found however
that for desk (and car seat) posture the inexpensive (well 50 quid or
so) "Backfriend" was just as good as anything to put one into a good
posture - this is a thin moulded plywood seat and back that folds up
with a little carry handle that one just puts on the chair.

Just as good for me as any of the expensive chairs, the main problem is
one of sitting upright at a desk per se trying to read a monitor and
screen. A second hand recliner chair as part of a grotty cheap suite
that was originally a quality Parker Knoll chair fits my back well and I
can only do any lengthy web reading etc. with a laptop perched on a
board on my knee (I can't abide touchpads so use the board to have room
for a remote mouse to swing in tailless freedom).

My sister in law has an expensive recliner that is fully adjustable with
moveable pads for back and shoulders and can also go into the "\zero
gravity" position which is also comfortable but costs 2 grand!

Apart from that nothing to add of any use for anyone. So many IT workers
or ex workers in their 50s are having trouble its an occupational
injury.
