Hi,

You have 2 options:
1) enable imap and smtp on the exchange server
2) use davmail[1] as a proxy and then use any pop3/imap/smtp aware client
( and 3 - replace exchange with a proper server, hehe)

Evolution is a mess in itself and it never worked for me with Exchange.
