Maybe. I guess it depends on how you use Fedora. The out of
the box experience has changed drastically with F15, with
the introduction of Gnome 3. Since I don't use Gnome, it
hasn't really affected me, and F15 seems to be a good, stable
distribution. But if you're someone that just uses it in the
default post install state, then it might be a bit of a shock.
That's not to say you won't like it, but just be aware that
it's different.

Only 6 weeks until F16 is released, so you might want to wait
for that unless you have a compelling reason to switch from
F14 right away.
