<P><FONT SIZE=2>The answer is that by default Redhat 7.1 leaves these services disabled in the /etc/xinet.d dir - in here u will find one file pertaining to each service, like TELNET, etc - if you edit the file, you will see that 'disabled = yes' - change this to no, and restart xinetd - you should be able to access your services then. As to FTP, that one is a bit more tricky, but there is a good howto on the RH site.</FONT></P>
