<P><FONT SIZE=2 FACE="Arial">I tried to connect the following two devices to an LVD U160 channel.</FONT>

<BR><FONT SIZE=2 FACE="Arial">Fujitsu MAN3184MP SCSI HD</FONT>
<BR><FONT SIZE=2 FACE="Arial">LSI Logic LSI22915A Dual Channel Controller</FONT>

<P><FONT SIZE=2 FACE="Arial">The controller spotted both devices on the bus in the Bios when I set the HD to narrow using the jumpers. When I tried to let it come up as normal the Controller would search through the devices and lock up when it came to the HD ID. I can get both devices to work when they are in the chain on there own but not together. I had a look on google and seen lots of stuff about how they shooed be connected and tried various combinations and nothing worked. It could be Bios settings but I know bugger all about the BIOS of the card and google did not produce a great deal. I also set the HD to SE and it was not spotted.</FONT></P>
