<P><FONT SIZE=2>Most of the modern Auto's now are built for decent efficiency on motorways and have extra gears for this purpose. A manual gearbox is easier to run inefficiently than an automatic nowadays. True ten years ago you had four gears on an auto but not so much now.</FONT></P>
