</blockquote><div><br> <br></div></div>I am flat sharing about 3 miles from central (Hackney) and I get by ok with the latter of your salary range but I have no car and I am sharing with two others, I would say you would struggle to rent somewhere on that kind of salary (unless your a hermit) on your own.<br>
