hi,

One of the things that we are looking at in the CentOS camp is setting
up a not-for-profit / charity foundation here in the UK and having
project assets and resources managed under that, including all donations
and hardware etc.

Who would be the best person to speak with about this, specially the
details on whats involved with the setup and running of such an outfit.
There seems to be a lot of info online, and projects online that do this
sort of a thing in the US, but hardly info, that I could find, about
doing it out of the UK.

Any help would be appreciated.
They sent me a template for the deeds of trust, I just tweaked it a bit to make it fit. You don't need to set up a limited company.
