If you mail server has a plesk control panel it can normally be set
up from there. I think the software is mailman, and runs this Gllug
list.<br>

that supplies mailing lists. There are many suppliers of free mailing
lists for personal and non-commercial use. You can also setup something
like a Google Group for free as well.<br>
