You have to go to specialist shops, the chances of getting the exact model<br>
that you need by asking a bunch of strangers is pretty small, specially in<br>
this case in which you really need the very same exact disk, firmware<br>
revision et all.<br>

Been there, tried that, got no disk, but I can give you the T-shirt. People<br>
don't have ancient diks lying around, not the one you need anyway.<br>
<br>
Get that Google search box working for you,<br>
<br>
And don't expect it to be cheap, it will cost you as much as a new disk,<br>
but you are paying for keeping those mementos that will otherwise be lost<br>
(that is how I convinced myself when paying a guy in Germany for an old<br>
16GB disk :-( ).<br>
<br>
If the mementos had been too important (a wedding video for which no copies<br>
exist for example) I would have paid an specialist to do the data recovery.<br>
Better chances of success and life is too short trying to fix an old hard<br>
disk.<br>
