<p>John Winters is correct - the Linitx product range is pretty good
- but I prefer OpenWRT / Lede as my router OS. Please bear in
mind that WPA2 and TKIP are both thoroughly compromised, so
wireless connectivity isn't really a good idea if you want a
really high degree of security.</p>
<p>That said, who's going to bother to attack an individual's home
network? There are much more profitable abuses of networking
(like the Russian lads breaking into the Muswell Hill HSBC branch
wi-fi from Starbucks next door!).</p>

<p>These work well (I've used several of them) and these have
already been flashed and are ready to go. These people in
Eastbourne supply the business version of the HH3, which is
supposed to be of better quality than the domestic version. I
have one on my network as a wireless access point, and the RF
performance is surprisingly good.</p>
