Hello Paul!

Indeed I am quite happy to run Mepis here now in a network and I am
totaly happy with it.

Tried the Knoppix 4.02 Live distro today and was disappointed by the
poor hardware recognition of my monitor. Although I am quite
expirienced in starting a linux os I could not get it running in a
good resolution.

Ubuntu like Mepis seems to be another easy to handle debian distro.

By the way: What do you think about an install party here somewhere in
Gloucestershire (Gloucester or Cheltenham)? Probably a fair or similar
event with an PC background would be nice to demonstrate the
capability of a linux os.

Best regards
Christian
