[Herts] New Toy

Hi,

1.7 GB should be enough for a basic Linux system at least. But a new drive
will be a lot faster and give you space for dual booting fun etc if
required. A great source of drives etc is
www.ebuyer.com Recommended.
I will have a look round and see if I have any bigger drives about.

Nicolas

Well I managed to get the box working in DOS.
If anyone happens to have an old IDE HDD knocking around please give me a
shout.

Current spec:
1.7GB P4 1.5Ghz 128MB CDRom

I also need a bit of advice about how to share a monitor, keyboard, mouse
and internet connection (Wireless PCI). The router is on another floor
before you ask!
:o)

Many Thanks
W (One step closer to Linux)
