Hi all,

Firstly apologies for the completly off topic nature of theis post (but
I did say it was OT). But I think this really proves the power of the
internet. Or rather proves that "word of mouth" has a whole new meaning
when the internet is involved!!

the following thread takes place on a Ford Mustang enthusiasts forum.

Basically a technician took a car that was in for a service for a
blow out. took the customer's car up to 140mph.

Then the dumbo, went and posted it on this web forum.

Unnfortunately the car's owner also reads and posts on the same forum.

The upshot is that over a 100,000 people have so far read this thread.
All mostly saying "what a git!" The technician has been fired, and it
looks like the motor shop has gained negative publicity in the
extreme!!!

Give the thread a read, it's quite amusing!!!

Cheers
Chris
