While we're asking questions - are there restrictions on sending attachme=

Once or twice I have sent items as forwards or as attachments, where I=20
thought they may be of interest, but have had moderation messages and the=
y=20
never turn up.  If such rules exist, could we be made aware of them?

If there are no rules but anyone has strong feelings, could they reply to=
 this=20
post so that we can discuss it?  I don't mind what the decision is, but I=
 do=20
want an answer.
