[Hudlug] #hudlug on Undernet: IRC channel suporters required.

We are currently in the process of registering the #hudlug channel with
Undernet's Channel Services. This would offer the channel greater
stability and remove the need for bots to maintain ops, etc.
Follow http://cservice.undernet.org/live/ to register a cservices
username. More info can also be gained from #cservices on undernet.
Following registration, would supporters please email their registered
CService usernames to tim@kooky.org with the subject "Cservices
username". After receiving the first 10 names we can then move to
register the channel.
