well

i use a combinations of postfix, amavis/clamav/f-prot/spamassassin, imap and fetchmail.

I run a mailserver for my one domain here, but fetchmail also collects mail from my other domain plus my 2 yahoo accounts etc so i then just grab them from my mailserver here.

For what you want, fetchmail will do perfectly. If you need any more help, just yell.
