What is there to do??

By still distributing Linux on their own FTP servers, they are shooting themselves in the foot.

I don't think that they can prove that Linux has proprietary code in it w/o producing the code that is supposedly proprietary.

Its like me saying that Microsoft uses stolen code from me.. unless I can produce such evidence then i would have a chance. and even if they did and the code was changed just enough, then their patent/copyright/whatever holds no bounds. (imho)

Yes, the e-mail address in the header is valid, however you must
