[Hudlug] Hylafax and faxgetty and S0

Having setup Hylafax on a Red Hat 9 Box I cannot get it to work.

I have checked the config as much as I can but It is not running Faxgetty on
S0

If I do a PS on the fax I see
Hfaxd and Faxq but no S0

I edited Innitab and added the line
S0:23:respawn: usr/local/sbin/faxgetty /dev/ttyS0

anyone any ideas, Is it something to do with it being Red Hat 9 and I am
editing the wrong file??
