Don't suppose anyone knows how long it takes them to send the tickets?  
I rang last Tuesday, and Paula said she'd send a ticket, but now it's 
almost a week later, and I'm getting nervous :-)

I'm hoping that now they've decided they're charging, they haven't 
forgotten about me (I don't mind paying, I just want a ticket).

I'll probably ring again tomorrow just to see whether there's a problem.

(Incidentally - did anyone else go down to the recent Linux Expo - and 
am I alone in thinking it was a tad suit orientated?)
