[Hudlug] recompiling gnome speech

I have a tarbl of the latest Orca but not Gnome speech which I tried to 
find on the Gnome FTP site but there was a lot to choose from and the 
versions that people recommended didn't seem to be on the site so they 
may have got them via cvs.
