Did you download the file and try one of mp3 players?
wget http://www.digitaldarragh.com/installing-firefox-and-orca.mp3
will download it into the current directory (cd into a suitable directory
first), and them
mpg321 installing-firefox-and-orca.mp3
should play it. On my machine it played for just under 16 minutes.
mpg321 -v -v installing-firefox-and-orca.mp3
