[Hudlug] Meeting suggestion

I'm not sure if this LUG is still going. I have spent much of the last
18 months implementing an open source solution in rural East African
hospitals and thought it might make an interesting subject for a
discussion at a LUG meeting. The projects involved are webERP
(www.weberp.org) and Care2x (www.care2x.org).
