<DIV><FONT face=Arial size=2>Beverley LUG and Hull LUG combined to make the Hull
Infopoint a great success.</FONT></DIV>

<DIV><FONT face=Arial size=2>We had 3 laptops setup running Fedora Core,
Mandrake and FreeBSD and also one desktop machine with 8 distros
loaded!</FONT></DIV>
<DIV><FONT face=Arial size=2></FONT> </DIV>
<DIV><FONT face=Arial size=2>A fair few of the people we spoke to had either
heard of or tried Linux before and were keen on the idea of a LiveCD. All in all
o</FONT><FONT face=Arial size=2>ver 100 Linux CD's were given away, mainly
Knoppix with about 15 Gnoopix and 10 SuSE 9.1.</FONT></DIV>

<DIV><FONT face=Arial size=2>We even had 2 people turn up to the Fair especially
for the Infopoint as they had read about it in LXF!!</FONT></DIV>
