Becuase we are all busy or too clever to need to use it??
However, I have a question:
IS anyone out there adept at Xine Video tuning? Whenever i watch and
anime DVD there are a multitude of black lines accross the screen, very
fine, doesn't detract too much from the quality, but it is there and it
annoys me.

Also: how come Redhat is soo slow?
