[Klug-general] Dartford start time

Maybe a cool KLUG project would be to have our own 'Buntu' respository
on a removable harddisk so some people could do updates or installs if
they wanted.  I know not everyone uses ubuntu, but could be useful
when helping any new members who come to the Dartford meetings.
