 I have set up eBox (http://www.ebox-platform.com/) in our Cisco Lab at
school which does Email, IM, DHCP to name a few features.  I 'could' do a
little demo and walk through if it.  It is pretty cool. I use it to show
different protocol traffic, but it's meant to be a home gateway/server.  It
does OpenVNP too and is based on Debian.
