[Klug-general] Where in the world?

Nope no clear explanation, just a sweeping statement that opensource
software wont work on these laptops, apparently.

I like the car advertising idea, maybe combined with a website for more
info.  I don't know if it's worth complaining about, it's probably part of
the sales training.
