I was just reading about the Migrant Helpline in Computer Weekly - I kind of got the feeling that they missed the point, sure you saved a few pennies by using open office but what about the fact that almost every machine doesn't run MS, or that you a fully open soure driven WAN or all those other cool things you're doing?
