I had Ubuntu running on a seperate hard disk from windows and one day all i had was the GRUB message and it wouldnt allow me to load windows or linux it turned out that the IDE cable had some how came loose from the Second HD (pesky little MS nanobots), just thought id put that out there as a possibility. <BR><BR>
