<div>You can build a laptop that is arguably more secure then any other one avaialbe at that point in time but with so many variables and code submitted from different sources plus user interaction it's only a matter of time until a security vunlariblity is found.

<div>one is to use a live cd with no persistent sessions. that way although are possible security risks the potentail for exposure is reduced and since the core os is stored on a write once media to the potential for tampering is reduced.
