we've had four sites since i've been around. <br><br>the first was in phpnuke, hosted on a home server i believe. it was pretty good but basic and we took the decision to go to lug hosting<br><br>next up was joomla. unfortunately a bad php config on the server and joomlas , at the time, poor response to security meant that site got cracked open like a nut<br>
<br> Then we move to the drupal days which served us well. However as noted the php config on the server wasn't the best and possibly an accident waiting to happen and the server got hacked. We never found out how or why this hack happened and I note the <a href="http://lug.org.uk">lug.org.uk</a> has finally seen a bit love, with a lot of the old inactive groups removed<br>
