are you sure the exchange database (.mdb) is being held on the C: drive?<div><br></div><div>most people would would put that on one the other drives.<br><br></div><div>the defrag is simple, but make sure you have a backup and be prepared for it to take a very long time - during which the users will have no access.</div>
