The Universities are quite well integrated* now.<br>

I can get there from Strood on one bus. The bus routes that go
there, from Chatham, are the 140 and 100 operated by Arriva and the
Dockside shuttle bus operated by Kings Ferry. Admittedly I've never
tried to get there from Wainscott way. <br>

Similarly, with rail links, going to either Strood or Chatham rail
station you can get on the nearest bus stop and catch the 140. With
the Rochester station, it's barely a two minute walk to a bus stop
where you can get on the 140.<br>

Thought I'd add this, although I can't grant public wi-fi, nor
the nice new buildings of the MKC I do run a society over at
the Chatham Maritime Campus under UMSA (Universities at Medway
Student Association), and have been doing so for the past few
years.<br>

Some of our members have requested that we branch out into a
wider remit - and something under the auspices of KLUG would
be fine.<br>
<br>
If people are interested, let me know. There's the Uni pub
which sells food and reasonably costed drinks, and if we would
like I can book a lecture room which will have presentation
facilities.<br>
